We’ve now finished the internals and I am absolutely amazed at the quality for what it cost,Some friends have just had one from a well known competitor and paid twice the price.I can definitely recommend the heat guard roof given the weather we have had recently.

I elected to get a semi-retired builder to do the ground works and build up to the dwarf wall level (mainly for speed) and then I constructed the conservatory kit.Instructions provided were very good and as it was a straightforward conservatory I was able to complete the build all on my own.Everything seemed to go together as designed and I can honestly say that there were no major problems at all.The builder did return at the end in order to do the lead flashing and said he was very impressed at the quality and the finished result. I would like to consider myself as a fairly competent diy person and this was certainly within my capabilities.I would be more than happy to use this company again.

Dear Karl & Mandy, I would like to thank you both for all your help in supplying me this great conservatory.I have never fitted or had fitted a conservatory before so the help I received from you was invaluable. Firstly I would like to say that I invited some conservatory companies to quote to carry out the complete job,this was to lay the concrete base and to erect and second fix the conservatory.The cheapest quote I received to do this in golden oak Edwardian style was £8000 which was way above my budget.This then made me consider either having a white conservatory or a lean too style. The cheapest quote I got for a white conservatory was £7500 fitted and some £6000 for a lean too style. When I looked into these conservatories I was put off as I really wanted the golden oak Edwardian style to match the rest of the house. I started to look on the internet and came across trade price conservatories and noticed how cheap they were.At first I thought they must be cheaply made and of poor quality to be this cheap.I knew someone that fitted conservatories so I asked him to look at the specification of the conservatory which was available on the website along with the build instructions. He advised me that the conservatory looked to be of really good quality at a great price. I then advised you of my size and specification and paid my deposit.I sent you a sketch with some basic dimensions of the back of the house with some details of what I wanted along with some photos.You then sent me out some good plans which I gave to the builder who was going to build the base and the dwarf wall. The builder said that the plans were very good and commenced the building work. I then paid you half the money for the conservatory with the rest to pay on delivery. At this point I asked if you could get the conservatory erected for me which you advised you could. From this point onwards the conservatory was delivered on time within 2 weeks of payment and a date was set to erect the conservatory within a few days of delivery.The conservatory was then erected very quickly and to an excellent standard in my opinion and my builders.I arranged for the builder to then come back to plaster a fit flooring etc to the conservatory. The conservatory is now finished and I am absolutely over the moon with it.It has really opened up my home and created a great extra space for me to spend time in. I would also like to add that I got the conservatory totally finished for £6000 which was some £2000 cheaper than my original cheapest quote.

Dear Karl & Mandy, I am writing to inform you that we have now all but finished the back garden and conservatory and wanted to drop you a line to say thanks for all your help. When Mat and I decided we wanted to extend into the garden we were a bit daunted,we knew what we wanted but when we looked around we were shocked at how much it all would cost,the various quotes we received just for the conservatory were 10k and above.After seeing your advert and looking through the designs and prices we figured we could do 90% of the work ourselves but were still a little hesitant about buying on-line,if you know what I mean.Mat persuaded me to go down to your showroom to discuss the options (little did I know at the time he really wanted to visit the Triumph dealership up the road to get new leathers!!) and talk to someone face to face.When we arrived we were slightly surprised,we did imagine a warehouse type of set up with a pushy salesman and heaps of windows and bits scattered around like a bargain basement shop.Your showrooms were excellent,we were not pressured at all and Karl took his time and showed all the designs we were interested in and explained each process on how to self build and assured us that if there were any problems he was only a phone call away.We pretty much decided there and then and placed an order, again we were surprised that only a small deposit was required and all we needed to do was ring up and order the conservatory when the base and over-site was nearing completion,which we did.The conservatory arrived exactly when we were told it would,all of the pieces were present,well wrapped and looked even before it was erected,very good quality.Mat had enlisted the help of a friend who replaces windows and had done a conservatory before albeit a while ago and it went up in two 3/4 days over the weekend.They did encounter one problem which Karl explained over the phone,not really a problem just getting the “knack” of fitting a part.Once erected Mat laid the floor and fitted the furniture in and that is now were we spend most of our time!Not to sound corny but it has transformed our family,we spend more time together,use the garden a lot more and it is a nice place to relax in the evening,especially in this weather.We just wanted to say thank you for an excellent service from start to finish and have attached some photos (i will send better when weather improves),we would be happy for you to use this letter and photos as a testimonial for you company.Many thanks once again and best wishes for the future.

My wife and I had always dreamed of relaxing in our own conservatory but the prices being asked we couldn’t afford.Then a friend suggested buying a kit and building it myself.Before purchasing the conservatory kit I researched for a month to get the best value for money and Trade Price won hands down.The price was so good that I was a bit concerned that maybe the quality would be inferior to others but when it arrived I was delighted.Everything was delivered right on time and each item was numbered to coincide with the drawings supplied by Karl & Mandy, his made assembly a dream.Being retired I thought the base might be a step to far for me,So a builder friend of mine took charge of that and I did the labouring.The base and dwarf wall where constructed to the dimensions supplied by Karl and sure enough the conservatory fitted perfectly. The actual assembly of the conservatory and roof I completed on my own without any problems but ideally it would be far easier with two pair of hands. With every item being numbered it was so easy to assemble,if you can manage flat pack furniture then you will be just fine with this conservatory. With everything completed it was then down to my better half to choose the furniture and now we can sit and relax for hours in our new extension. Last week I had a double glazed window replaced in our bedroom and the rep’ was amazed at the price and quality of the conservatory,he informed me that based on their prices I must have saved myself £10,000 by buying a kit and completing it myself.

Everything fitted as it should,and Rob who has built one or two iffy conservatories in his time,was very complimentary about the quality of this building.Having got the thing waterproof,we set about the interior,and am very pleased with the way that has turned out.As said above,the consequent work outside was slow,but is now more or less complete, though it has turned out to be pretty much a full re-design of our garden! We feel we must write to you to ‘COMPLAIN’ about the conservatory we purchased from you a couple of months ago.Since erecting this masterpiece of an airfix kit we both have developed ‘Ricked Necks’ and according to our doctor, suffering from ‘Conservatory Looking-at-itus’.He informs us that this is a common condition suffered by people who buy conservatories from your company. The main contributory factor of this condition is due to the person being completely overwhelmed at what can only be described as an absolutely fantastic, well made, bargain that completely transforms your house and the additional room you suddenly discover,to such an extent that you cannot keep looking and staring at it!Seriously though!I cannot recommend yourselves and your company highly enough. Like most people we had several quotes to get a rough idea of what it was going to cost.Everest started at Wait for it £44,000 When we stopped laughing the salesman got out his magic discount wand and finally ended up at £21,000 Anglian then had a go and started at £27,000, he then tried his magic wand and got this down to £19,000.At this stage we were getting a bit worried as we thought that this was going to stop us getting a conservatory as this was no where near our budget.A local company then came round and gave us a quote of £14,000 and this was the same figure another local one gave us.This was a bit of a surprise as we were hoping for about 10-12K. One of my friend recommended a self build DIY as he had done this himself and saved about 50% on the quotes he had.So after searching the internet your company popped up and looking at your on line basic prices I became suspicious that you were probably a ‘cowboy’ outfit as there is no way you could do it that cheap( how wrong were we??)We looked at the customer testimonies and even popped in to see you whilst in holiday in Lyme Regis just to make sure you existed and had an office.As soon as we met you we were impressed with your easy going relaxed attitude and you soon put our minds and any worries we had at ease.Several months late we ordered our conservatory.I had a builder friend who done the main building work such as the setting out,bricklaying,oversight, base and plastering. For his labour costs and materials with me doing all the labouring the building work cost us £2200. The conservatory kit with the upgraded frames and a glass roof came to an unbelievable £3,300 so we are proud owners of a conservatory that has cost us an amazing £5,500 UNBELIEVABLE when you compare this to the quotes we had at least a 60% + saving. We were still a bit worried about the actual quality of what we would be receiving and the ease at which these conservatories are supposed to go up. The on line construction guides do look a bit complex on first glance as it is hard to picture things and reference certain aspects when you have not seen the ‘Airfix Kit’ laying in your garden The conservatory arrived at 08:00 on the morning it was agreed to be delivered, the poor delivery driver had left at 04:30 to get to us.We unloaded what seemed at the time to be about half a dozen conservatories what with all the glass and frames etc Once the driver had gone and I got my head around things I began to relate the parts with the on line instructions and the jigsaw picture started to come together.I must admit, I took my time and put all the framework up myself over a few days. The roof beams and supporting lintel took another afternoon to complete and needed the help of a mate to support the lintel until I could bolt the structure together. Overall I could not believe how strong, rigid and substantial looking the framework was when assembled and took great pride in my achievements.. ( The conservatory Looking at-itus had started to set in).. Another testament to the sheer quality and strength of this conservatory was confirmed by my next door neighbours conservatory fitters who by chance were fitting a local companies conservatory at the same time as mine. Their fitter of 30years could not believe how rigid the roof framework was and how good the whole thing looked. he even asked for your companies details as he was considering buying one for himself as he was that impressed, even more so when I told him how much it cost.The roof glass needed 2 of us due to the weight of the glass but another weekends work saw us finish the job.. From here on in with a sealed roof, a few more weekends and nights work we were able to finish the conservatory, decorate, wood floor, skirt etc We both still cant believe how easy it was to put it up and just how fantastic it is.I got so much satisfaction and pride in doing it myself and it has transformed our house. I have already recommended your company to several others already and would tell anyone to have a go and save themselves a fortune in the making.. Any one who is at least a bit practical and handy around the house would be able to put one of these up, they are that good a kit and very easy to build Once again thank you so so much for a great product and service from your company. PS. If anyone wants further details or piece of mind if you are having in doubts about DIY then I am more than happy to have my email address added to this so I can share my experiences.
